Villa Oniriko can be booked for 1 to 6 persons. There are no separate facilities for small children.
There is 1 master bedroom for 2 persons, with private bathroom with shower and toilet.
In addition, there are 2 identical guestrooms for 2 people each. The guestrooms have their own shower. Bathroom with washbasins and the toilet are shared by these two rooms.
In each bedroom there are enough wall cabinets for your clothes etc.
The villa has a living room with an open kitchen. This includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and induction stove.
Between the 2 buildings (main house and guest house) you can use an outdoor kitchen with sink and gas BBQ. There is also a table for 6 people here. This space is covered but open at the front.
The pool is about 21 m2 and has an overflow (infinity pool) so that from the pool there is a view of the sea.
Because staying outside in Greece is always a pleasure, there are also facilities such as an outside toilet and shower.

*) There is a TV in the living room. However, there is no channel package available. Because we offer free WiFi, you can use your laptop and an HDMI cable to make your own favorite channels visible on these screens or to enjoy Netflix. There are apps for Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Youtube, etc. This TV also has a built-in Chromcast.
Practical information
Before your arrival a cleaning takes place and the beds are made. During your stay there will be cleaned every 3 or 4 days and the bed linen replaced. Also the towels. The pool and garden are also regularly maintained. For stays of 7 nights this will be in the middle of the week, and for longer stays every 3 or 4 days.
Since the Corona epidemic, the villa has also been made corona free for every new rental by a certified company and provided with a certificate. The certificate is waiting for you in the villa. If Corona is a thing of the past, we will continue to offer this service.

In the nearby Plakias, in addition to many restaurants, you can also find butchers, bakers, quality shops and large supermarkets. From food to electronics, from clothing to books, everything is pretty much there. Also many places to have breakfast on the beach. Moreover, in half an hour you can visit the great place Rethymnon, a city with a great mix of modern and old shops.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the villa and smoking is only allowed outside.

As of 2024, the Greek tax authorities will impose several new taxes on tourism. From that year onwards, 13% VAT must be paid on the accommodations. In addition, a climate tax of 10 euros per night per accommodation has been imposed.
